How many of you watched it tonight? We let the kids stay up late to see it. My 8-year-old couldn't quite understand--she seemed to think the moon was actually disappearing. I think we've got her straightened out now :). It was a perfect night to see it--clear and crisp. The moon was shining brightly before the eclipse. What a cool thing to watch! It was amazing how quickly the shadow seemed to move across the moon.
