Here is a very bad photo of this week's 100-foot diet meal--an egg salad sandwich w/ pickles. Homemade bread made w/ flour from a local Amish farm, eggs from our chickens (who have finally decided to grace us with eggs again), and pickles that we canned from our own cucumbers last summer. A simple but satisfying lunch.
